TOP Software Refund Policy

TOP Software promises that we always put customers' interests above ourselves. We will do our best to deal with customers' troubles properly and promptly. If customer's dispute is reasonable, we will offer unconditional refund as required. Owing to our product is shareware which can be given a trial before purchase, we suggest that our customers get a trial of the product before purchase and confirm whether it is the one you need. At the same time, this will protect you from purchasing wrong product and let you use the software without delay. If the refund requirement that is out of product problem itself, usually we won't offer refund. The following are specifications of refund:

Part One:

If you are in one of the following situations, we will offer unconditional refund.

A. Refund requirement caused by purchasing:

  1. If you purchase wrong product by mistake and then purchase the correct one from our company simultaneously. We will refund the wrong purchase as you require .
  2. If you purchase two products with similar functions at the same time; we will refund you for one of them as you require.
  3. If you purchase the same products twice at once and do not exchange any other product. We will refund one of them.

B. Refund requirement caused by registration information:

  1. Registration information and license code cannot be sent out to customer timely owning to our system problem and the delay which may cause customer cannot implement important and urgent conversion. Therefore customer has no further need of the software. After verification of all these conditions, we will implement refund if you require.
  2. If we sent wrong registration to customer which may cause customer can't implement important and urgent conversion and after confirmation of all these situations, we will implement refund as you require.

C.Refund requirement caused by product problem:

  1. If our products have serious problem, which influence customer normal use, we will implement refund after the verification of this problem by our service team.
  2. If customer purchases a wrong product or the purchased product can't meet some of customer's needs due to the wrong or ambiguous product description on our website, we will exchange wrong purchase with the one that can meet your need first. If customers persist in refunding, we will implement refund.



Part Two:

If you are in one of the following situations, we can't refund you.

A.Refund requirement caused by purchasing:

  1. On account of we use third party payment platform to implement the purchase, we can not confirm whether credit card is used by card holder to purchase. So we suggest credit card holders keep the card properly and avoid the chance of credit card being used without authority. If such case truly happens, usually we won't implement refund. If customers persist in refunding, we will ask our third party payment platform to deal with the issue and at the same time customer needs to offer related proof.
  2. If customer purchases wrong product from our website, and then purchases so-called correct product from other company, we won't implement refund.

B. Refund requirement caused by registration information:

  1. Failing registration of software is caused by customer's wrong perform, and the registration information has verified correct, we won't implement refund.

C. Refund requirement caused by product problem:

  1. If customer wants to convert protected files purchased from iTunes or other place, but our product can't meet this need. We won't implement refund it, as we have already provided obvious explanation towards this issue on our website.
  2. Neither reading the product introduction on our website nor giving a trial product before purchase, after that the product can¡¯t meet customers¡¯ need. Under this case, we won't implement refund.
  3. Customer purchases wrong product which can't be supported by his computer operation system, such as Mac user purchases Windows version software. If we have similar software for correct operation system, we would like to exchange product for customer. If we don't have, we apologize for that the refund can't be implemented.
  4. If customer purchases wrong product from our affiliate website or purchased product can't meet some of customer's need due to the wrong or ambiguous product description on affiliate website, we won't perform refund. Customer needs to contact affiliate where the product is purchased from to seek for solution.

D. Refund requirement is made long after the purchase:

  1. On account of we use third party payment platform to implement the purchase and some platform has time limitation for refund. Therefore, if customer purchases product more than two months, no matter what reason the refund is required, we won't implement refund. Let all customers know this refund policy.
