How to use TOP MP3 Cutter Joiner

Install and run the software, and you will see the main interface as below.

Step 1 Add files

Add a file needing to be cut or joined by clicking "Add File" or "Add Folder".

Step 2 Set various parameters

Set output format, file size, video/audio quality, computer action after conversion finished, etc. by clicking "Settings".

Step 3 Select the output format

You can select the output format in the "Format" combobox.

Step 4 Start cutting or joining

Click "Split" or "Join" button to start splitting or joining.

More detailed usage tips are shown as follows:

1. Split and save your favorite song.

Add an MP3 file you want to split first. Set "Begin Time" and "End Time" through the slide bar at the bottom, click "OK" button to confirm the time, and click the "Split" button to split the file.

2. Join more than one song.

You can also join audios you like together. Add the files you want to join, and then join added files by clicking the "Join" button.

3. Set multiple parameters in general.

You can choose the number of copies you want to split the file into and the time of each split piece. In addition, you can choose the output path.

4. Set detailed parameters.

You can set frequency, sound channel, bit rate and audio quality according to your personal needs.

5. Support batch splitting.

Here, you can split multiple files just by one click after setting the begin time and end time well.
